Terms & Conditions

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
  • If you return an item without proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or delivery note), we'll issue a store credit equal to the current selling price.
  • Refunds with proof of purchase will be processed back to the original debit, credit, or charge card.
  • All unwanted items must be returned in resalable condition: unused, unaltered, undamaged, and with all original packaging and labels intact.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

We cannot accept returns or cancellations on the following unless faulty or not as described:

  • Personalized products
  • Made-to-order items
  • Products that have been altered in any way
  • Special orders (unless canceled within 48 hours of purchase)

This does not affect your statutory rights under U.S. consumer law.

Returning Goods

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • Package the item securely in its original box and packaging.
  • Ensure the product is in its original condition and has not been altered.
  • Return shipping fees apply:
    • $20 for parcels under 5 feet in length
    • $35 for parcels over 5 feet in length
  • For international returns, please contact us for shipping costs.

How to Arrange a Return

  1. Visit the Support section of our website and select "Return Shipping Fees."
  2. Choose the appropriate return option ($20 or $35).
  3. Complete payment for the return shipping fee.
  4. We'll send you a prepaid return label (via email if you can print, or by mail if not).
  5. Attach the label securely to the sealed parcel, remove or cover the original label, and drop it off at any USPS location or authorized shipping center.

Important Notes

  • Refunds or exchanges may be denied if items are damaged in transit due to poor packaging or missing original materials.
  • If your product is faulty and you no longer have the original packaging, you'll need to purchase a return shipping fee so we can send replacement packaging to ensure safe return.

  • Confirmation of original packaging availability
  • Whether you have printing facilities for the return label

Once your product is received and inspected, we'll process your refund or replacement promptly if all conditions are met.
